These terms apply when you use www.nativagut.com or buy from NativaGut ("Nativa", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. This store is hosted on Shopify.
Nativa Gut Reset is a dietary supplement. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition. Use only as directed on the label and keep out of reach of children.
All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund any payment in full. Payments are processed securely at checkout by our commerce and payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
If you choose Automatic Refills, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically, at the price shown when you subscribed (20% off the one-time price), plus any applicable shipping and taxes, on the schedule for your bundle: 1 bottle every month; Buy 2 Get 1: 2 bottles every 2 months; Buy 3 Get 2: 3 bottles every 3 months. Free bottles and gifts ship once, with your first order. Your subscription continues until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime, with no fee, as described in our Cancellation policy.
Shipping and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.
Discount codes and vouchers are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Sale prices apply until the end date shown.
If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm it is honest and yours to share, and you allow us to display it on our site and channels. We never edit a review in a way that changes its meaning, and we ask before using your name or photo in advertising.
The Nativa name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to Nativa. Please do not reuse them without written permission.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies to orders placed while it is posted.
