This policy explains what personal information NativaGut ("Nativa", "we", "us") collects when you visit www.nativagut.com or buy from us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (if you give it) and what you bought. Card details go directly to the payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Email sign-up: your email address, only if you choose to join our list.
• Messages: anything you send us through our contact form.
• Device and usage data: information such as browser and device type, IP address, pages viewed and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, including subscriptions and refunds.
• To send order, shipping and subscription emails.
• To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the site is used, measure our ads, and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store, such as Shopify (our e-commerce and checkout platform), payment processors, our US fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, email providers, and analytics and advertising partners such as Meta and Microsoft Clarity. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Shopify

Cookies and advertising

Advertising and analytics tools may set cookies to measure which ads led to a visit or purchase and how the site is used. Where the law treats this as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, you can opt out on our Do not sell or share my personal information page. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states), you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. Message us through our contact form with your request and the email you ordered with. We verify your identity by email and reply within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reputable providers and encrypted connections, and we limit who can access your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
