Where we ship

We ship from the USA to addresses in all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Cost

• Free on US orders of $100 or more, one-time or subscription.
• $5.99 on US orders under $100.
• Protected & Expedited Shipping ($5.99, optional): you can add it in your cart for faster handling and delivery.

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays). Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You see an estimated ship date on the product page before you order.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Can't find it? Check your spam or Promotions folder, or see Track your order.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking stops updating for more than 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, message us through our contact form with your order number (and a photo if it is damaged). We send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong address

Message us within 2 hours of ordering and we will correct it. After an order ships we cannot reroute it, but we will help you sort it out with the carrier.
